Judgement
The archangel Gabriel blows his horn across the sky as men, women, and children rise from their coffins with open arms, answering the call of their own deepest becoming. This is not punishment but liberation — the final awakening, the answering of the soul's true calling, the accounting that precedes genuine renewal.
⬆ Upright Meaning
Upright, Judgement announces a profound spiritual awakening and a moment of honest self-reckoning. You are being called to something larger — to evaluate your past with clarity, release guilt and regret, forgive yourself and others, and answer the call of your highest purpose. The trumpet has sounded. Step out of the coffin of your former limitations and into a fully new chapter of life.
⬇ Reversed Meaning
Reversed, Judgement suggests resistance to inner calling, or an inability to forgive and release the past. Self-doubt and guilt are keeping you in a kind of inner purgatory. This card invites you to be courageous in facing your own reckoning — not as punishment, but as the prelude to genuine liberation.
