Seven of Wands
A figure stands on high ground, wand raised defensively against six wands thrusting up toward them from below. Despite being outnumbered, they hold the advantage of higher ground. The Seven of Wands is the card of the underdog who holds firm: courage under pressure, the refusal to be displaced from hard-won territory.
⬆ Upright Meaning
The Seven of Wands calls you to stand your ground against opposition, critics, or competition. You may feel outnumbered or under pressure, but you hold the high ground of genuine conviction, experience, or principle. Don't back down from what you believe in or have worked for. Perseverance and courage under fire will prove your mettle.
⬇ Reversed Meaning
Reversed, the pressure has become overwhelming or the battle is no longer worth fighting. You may be giving up too quickly, or continuing to fight simply out of stubbornness when strategic retreat would actually serve you better.
